As part of NJV School Management Board’s ongoing commitment to uplifting education standards across Sindh, a Teacher Empowerment Program was designed and implemented for the teaching staff of schools adopted by NJVSMB in District Mehar.

A Certification Ceremony was recently held at NJV Government Higher Secondary School, celebrating the successful completion of this program by participating educators. The event honored the dedication of teachers who are working tirelessly to create better learning environments for their students.

We were privileged to welcome our esteemed guest, Mr. Zahid Ali Abbasi, Secretary, School Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh, whose presence added great value to the occasion. Mr. Abbasi not only congratulated the teachers on their achievement but also engaged in meaningful conversation with the NJVSMB team, acknowledging their efforts in strengthening public education. He also took the opportunity to interact with the newly inducted 8th Batch of NJV hostel students, offering words of encouragement and support.
