We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated HR Executive (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the HR department in implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Hiring:
Coordinate the hiring process including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Employee Documentation:
Maintain up-to-date employee records, contracts, attendance, and leave data.
- Onboarding & Orientation:
Facilitate orientation sessions for new employees and ensure proper integration.
- Payroll Coordination:
Collaborate with the accounts department to process monthly payroll, leaves, and deductions accurately.
- Employee Support:
Address employee concerns professionally, support team-building, and maintain a positive work culture.
- HR Policy Implementation:
Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are communicated, understood, and implemented across the organization.
- Performance Management:
Assist in managing appraisal cycles, collecting feedback, and maintaining performance records.
- Training & Development:
Identify staff training needs and help organize internal and external learning opportunities.
- Event & Welfare Activities:
Organize employee engagement events, celebrations, and wellness programs.
- Compliance & Reporting:
Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with Pakistani labor laws, including EOBI/SESSI registrations and updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR or administrative roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and coordination abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and basic HR software
- Well-organized with attention to detail and time management skills
- Knowledge of Pakistani labor laws (EOBI, SESSI, etc.) will be an advantage
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
