Job description

Position Overview:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and engaging Mathematics Teacher to teach students from Grades 6 to 10. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of math concepts, be able to explain them clearly, and foster a positive and analytical learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality mathematics lessons aligned with the Sindh Board curriculum (Grades 6 to 10).
• Teach a range of topics including arithmetic, algebra, geometry, data handling, and basic trigonometry.
• Use various teaching strategies and tools to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
• Prepare students for internal assessments and board examinations.
• Assess student progress regularly through tests, quizzes, and assignments.
• Maintain student records and communicate progress to parents and school leadership.
• Participate in curriculum development, staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
• B.Ed. or teaching certification preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience teaching mathematics at the middle and secondary levels.
• Strong understanding of the national curriculum (Sindh Board).
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to make math engaging, relevant, and accessible for students.
• Familiarity with digital tools and educational technology is a plus.
