Job Summary:

The Sindhi Teacher is responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive lessons in the Sindhi language, including reading, writing, grammar, poetry, and literature. The teacher will foster a love for Sindhi language and culture among students and help them build strong communication and comprehension skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver Sindhi lessons in accordance with curriculum standards.
• Teach reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and Sindhi literature to students of assigned grade levels.
• Design assessments to evaluate student progress and understanding.
• Incorporate interactive and student-centered teaching methodologies.
• Create a positive classroom environment that promotes respect for the Sindhi language and heritage.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and performance.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
• Collaborate with other teachers and academic coordinators to enhance curriculum delivery.
• Engage parents and guardians through regular feedback and meetings.
• Prepare students for internal and external language examinations, where applicable.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sindhi, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience teaching Sindhi at school level (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Sindh Textbook Board curriculum.
• Passion for teaching and preserving the Sindhi language.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, digital learning tools).
