Goth 2.0 - Reimagining Life in Rural Areas

Since 2021, NJV and Akhuwat launched Project Goth 2.0 and collaborated to bring improvements in distant villages of Thar. Sobhay Jo Tarr was the first village where the project was initiated, and serves as the center for interventions in the surrounding areas.

Sobay Jo Thar School

Students from NJV School visit Sobhey Jo Tarr to motivate and uplift the children in the surrounding villages. Upon their suggestion and dedication, NJVSMB gathered resources to start a fee-free school to provide quality education on modern methodologies. Teachers from the area were recruited, trained, and provided relevant resources to bring the enrolled students at par with education standards in urban areas. Today, over 700 students receive quality education and with the potential to increase this impact by multiple folds.

Thanks to Nova Mobility, students from distant areas are also provided transportation facility to and from the school
